The Production facility has :
Enameling both for Iron Casting and Steel Stampings parts.
The main parts are Iron Grates.
Have both Manual Spray and Electrostatic Spray Gun to do enameling (Wet type).
3 sandblasting machines (Vertical and Horizontal Type),
1 oven for Drying and 1 New oven with closed heating( Electric Oven),
Special fixture and line arrangement for Burner Cap with automatic spray and heating.
Has facility to prepare the Frit and to Check the Enamel before spray,
Test facility to check Enamel Quality are :
*Thermal Shock test,
*Impact Test,
*Acid Resistance test,
*Salt Spray test,
*Coating Thickness test,
*Color Spectrometer
Having quality gates to check parts before packaging i.e Flatness, Dimns, Colour Check (Visual)
For the new furnace, we have invested over 400,000 in USD amount.
This new hardware is installed in February, 2010.
The advantages of this investment are as following:
The length of furnace has extended from 14M to 21M.
Because casting absorbs and releases the heat slowly, after extending the furnace length,
it provides better adhesive on porcelain coating.
The thermometer quantity has increased from 27 to 41.
It is easier to control and stabilize the temperature in every section of furnace.
The new furnace has U structure, the heating area in furnace is more stable and will not
loose heat easily.
